Yes, if the device in space has a way to connect back to Earth (like through satellite internet or ground relays) it can still interact with the @Polkadot blockchain. Without internet, it can’t sync or send data in real time, but it could store and push updates later. It’s possible, and Peaq X Polkadot’s design can support it.
