Galaxy sells XXXXXX BTC to a Satoshi-era whale

Galaxy Digital (GLXY) has completed the sale of over XXXXXX BTC, worth more than $X billion, to an early Bitcoin investor from the Satoshi era, marking one of the largest notional Bitcoin transactions in history.

This transaction is part of the investor’s estate planning strategy, as they are believed to have held a significant amount of BTC since the early days of the Bitcoin network.

Galaxy stated that this deal showcases its ability to serve institutions and ultra-high-net-worth clients in the digital asset space, especially amid the return of large capital flows to the market.
