The way Eric frames his fund failure is dishonest.  It's definitely not a fair and balanced history.  He didn't fail because his investors quit.  He failed because he's actually lost all the money with a portfolio like that.

If the regulators allow this, people are worried way too much about compliance brain damage.  But I guess Eric might actually get in trouble for this, it's worth watching.
