Joshua Divine wrote in 2010 that homosexuality "belongs in same category as bestiality" - a view so medieval it predates his law degree. Now Trump's admin crowns him federal judge to weaponize bigotry through lifetime tenure.  

As Missouri's Solicitor General, Divine fought to ban gender care for trans youth & restrict abortion access. He advocated Jim Crow-era literacy tests for voting & aligned with the Alliance Defending Freedom - architects of LGBTQ criminalization. The Senate confirmed this 35-year-old culture warrior 51-46, proving bench seats now go to ideological mercenaries, not impartial jurists.  

When judges graduate from hate groups to robes, rights get buried under gavels.
