I sent $XXX to a friend’s CashApp I met here on the space,he lives in Florida and goes by @ToTheFknMoon. He’s also a $BANKS token holder

I was trying to add more @Base tokens to my bags but was running into some issues with my Ledger. He offered to help: I’d send the funds to his CashApp, and he’d send me the equivalent in USDC on Base.

I trusted him and went ahead with the transfer. After I sent the receipt, he went silent and shortly after, he blocked me lol

Long story short: Be careful out here. Even people you think are part of the same community can turn shady. Trust no one!!
