SQNS is dropping in after hours because 160m shares from a private placement are now eligible to be resold by investors who took part.

Traders just selling off to front run any potential sell off from private placement investors.  

FYI that’s ~$225m in shares going into circulation.

Totally normal. Don’t have a panic attack. These things need to happen in order to execute a long term strategy of Bitcoin accumulation.

VOLATILITY is VITALITY.

It is the price you pay for performance, folks.

Remember, dilution needs to be baked into the strategy.
