Probably some offshore screwed it up and they didn't rev the version properly so they just shrug their shoulders and gave up and let it go out.. Every other company on the planet is in bringing forth more features and Microsoft is taking very simple ones away?! This taskbar stupidity alone should get satya Nadella fired and imprisoned.
