Ukraine is a de-facto NATO country. It's slow mission creep & these drone attacks on Russia is to map out Russia's military response to a strike, to find Russia's weaknesses & you can bet the U.S is offering Tens of  $Millions to some Russian military personal to turn them into U.S assets
