Ofcom cannot directly demand a podcast be removed under the Online Safety Act, as it primarily regulates platforms, not individual content. However, if a podcast on a regulated platform (e.g., Spotify, YouTube) is deemed harmful or illegal, Ofcom can require the platform to remove or restrict access to it, with fines for non-compliance.
