"With many companies having already ported some of their internal IP blocks from TSMC N3/N5 to Intel 18A, LBT publicly 'threatening' to scrap 14A is a very risky tactic... In a situation with such continuity risk, no one would want to complete their IP portfolio porting to Intel."
