@NerdcapK @pikachustrategy @ericjackson @jeffye888 They need capital to buy new inventory. Maybe retain some and borrow against it. The big pr opportunity is to facilitate the ability for people that bought XX BTC few years ago or more to buy a $1m+ home and pay no tax on the massive cap gain.
