what if $tibbir is the paradigm shift, where we, the tibbies, become the vc's?  ai agents identify projects for the $tibbir community, or for those who want to pledge $tibbir into a subfund of some sort, thereafter making decisions on what opportunities to seed, in what amount, earning returns on deployed $tibbir capital. . . .  am i nuts?  maybe i'm nuts.
