Good evening.  I have updates on Fed rate cuts, Galaxy Digital selling BTC, and stimulus checks for low-income people based on tariff revenue. Bitcoin dipped to $115K before recovering to $117.3K. Ethereum is at $3.7K. BTC indicators reflect momentum lag, which should be scooped up by institutional purchases. No topping indicators have fired.  The structure is strong.
