I do, back then our financial system did not have Specialized Broker Dealers SPBD. Today, We have two. @tZERO and another private company. 

tZERO is partially owned $BYON and by ICE who counts NYSE as their subsidiary. I believe their tokenized tracking will be better than FTX but ask @Alan_Konevsky he might know more than me.
