@ParisOrtizWines Just keep in mind that CMS Energy $CMS was able to cut costs meaningfully a couple years ago—-by replacing its power purchase agreement with then Palisades owner Entergy $ETR with natural gas and renewables. 

This restart won’t be free for Michigan—despite subsidy.
