Opened starter position in $ARE.TO, looks unreasonably cheap, I see fixed contracts throwing off EBITDA end for the majority in Q3-25. Looking for multiple expansion but also happy with longer term trade, gotta dive in more this weekend but hey they helped build the CN Tower
