@onechancefreedm Q. When the banks acquire this government debt are they directly, or indirectly, creating  credit to do it?  Or do they use Fed Reserves or so existing cash?

Observation.  Notwithstanding what uou have detailed the stong business (productive) loans might be seen as green shoots.
