Do the math. Estimate how much gold you think they will find. Then compare that to their market cap plus some dilution. Then estimate what you think they will sell it for. 

Selling price:
35M x XX% = 28M oz x $XXX = $2.8B

Versus $160M mkt cap plus XX% dilution = $200M

That should be at least a 10-bagger if they get a good price.
