.@BabarHoneyX , I’m sure Bangladesh didn’t beg India to send doctors.

That said, a number of racist accounts desperate to keep the narrative anti-India were spreading hate, lies, and misinformation, even calling the news fake.

I believe there’s a larger, coordinated effort within Bangladesh and the Yunus administration to suppress any positive news about India.
