So you can call it "capital gains" and claim that it's trading profit is my working theory. I don't think it's a coincidence that every crypto person in-the-know fully sent for Trump due to the Tornado cash case. Much like Mossack Fonseca, you *can* track it down but it's ludicrously difficult to do so
