In the early 2000's the CIA funded a startup Palantir through its venture capital firm, In-Q-Tel, founded by Peter Thiel.

Between then and 2019, around 2015, Jeffrey Epstein made a $XX MILLION investment in "Valar Ventures" (another Lord of the Rings reference) which was co-founded by Pete Thiel.

Through Thiel, Epstein is linked to Palantir and the CIA.
