#OTD in 2002: FedEx Express Flight 1478, a cargo B-727, crashes in Tallahassee (Florida, US), all X aboard survive. Jet struck treetops on approach. Cause: Crew failed to establish and maintain proper glide path on night visual landing. Factors: fatigue, disregard of SOP, others.
