I have not followed every move in detail. The Democrats have also voted against measures to release the documents. 

I know one of the votes against releasing was because it was an amendment to a totally unrelated bill. 

Both sides want the list.  It will be released rather quickly. It may be very damaging to many of the companies/orgs that those on the list are associated with - and that may cause a lot of financial damage to stockholders.  

But whatever.  We deserve to know.
