For everyone tagging the justice department, the sec def and the FBI, what he wrote isn't a threat and isn't actionable.  We all say stupid shit like this on X all the time.

Much as I love Scott, I love free speech more.  I support Scott's right to call him out publicly but it's not a crime to be an asshole.
