If it's one thing traders consistently do in the market, it's that they underestimate just how powerful a force momentum can be.  The train can keep moving long after the fuel has run out, or can be fueled on sentiment alone.  

I suspect this market is going to punish a lot of people with this exact principle.  Everyone is already screaming about tops while the train is still speeding up, not slowing down.
