@vrbo Checked into our $600+/night "smoke free"
which reeked of weed. Couldn't stay there with our asthmatic child. Got offered  a $XXX "courtesy refund." WTH? Sent you a DM but now we keep getting "sorry to hear this... send us a DM" on repeat, without anyone actually reading.
