@JockObushveldt @RepThomasMassie I don't rely on the AI to tell me what powers my government has. It's not "We the AI..."

The Judicial branch simply has no power over the matter. Congress has, since the founding, been permitted under the Nec. & Proper clause to create parliamentary rules. This is one of those.
