We could do a mix of everything: increase payouts, decrease contributions etc

So that everybody benefits. I'd rather the rates go down as current retirees already benefit from an era where CPP was not self sustaining (before the reforms in the 90s) so I don't want to reward Boomers with even more money. Reduce rates to help young people.
