$VKTX was undervalued at $XX and CEO Brian Lian reportedly rejected multiple premium buyout offers; even after hedge fund pressure pushed the stock toward $XX he has not wavered. 

He now indicates bidding must start around $XX B ($385 per share, the price Pfizer paid for Seagen in 2023) and could rise to $XX B on strong Phase X PO VK2735 data or to $XXX B with positive Phase X SQ results. 

If Viking continues to go it alone, forecasts place market cap near $XX B by 2030, $XX B by 2031, and $XXX B plus by 2035.

 Holding for the long term remains the best play.
