We could actually distribute this fund completely today (use it to fund project, etc) and the CPP's fund would still be projected to have a X trillion surplus by 2100!! People shouldn't be worried about CPP not being there, they should be concerned that CPP is draining us! It's clearly overfunded. We could easily reduce the contribution rate and distribute some of the fund!
