So, it's a framework contract for Bren 2, P-10C and GL XX worth up to XXXX billion. So, if I understand correctly, the Ministry will award individual contracts under a framework contract in which it defines how many and what weapons it wants and with what accessories. There may be several such contracts, therefore, up to a total of XXXX billion, but the entire amount does not have to be spent. 

So, the numbers of types of weapons to be purchased will become known gradually as contracts are awarded (if the content of the contract is made public).
