What’s my take?

→ Legal risk exists. You can’t deny it.
→ But Hims isn’t operating in a vacuum. They’re not alone, unprotected, or unaware.
→ The team is experienced. The infrastructure is credible. And the business is evolving.

That’s a very different story from “high-flying DTC fraud.”
