$LEG Amendment of Credit Agreement:

On July 24, 2025, Leggett & Platt, Inc. amended its credit agreement, reducing its borrowing capacity from $XXX billion to $XXX billion while extending the maturity date to July 24, 2030. The agreement allows for borrowing in multiple currencies and maintains a leverage ratio covenant of XXXX to 1.00, with a current outstanding commercial paper of $XXX million.
