Paris Saint-Germain striker Randal Kolo Muani is on United's shortlist but it has emerged that Chelsea and Arsenal said no when offered him, according to ESPN.

Kolo Muani is an option and ESPN reports that they could either sign him on loan with an obligation to buy, or pay £44m for him now.
