@SmokinPowell Yes, that's exactly the Invesco example I used: they rebate the fees on the cash management products.  It's in pretty much any prospectus you look at.  Here's a blackrock example (COMT).  Every cash-heavy fund I've found has language like this.  Except Simplify.
