Story time as a small business owner. This is my company @Taste_FlavorCo and a X star review we received. This person messaged us that they never received their order. We responded immediately sending a photo of the package and home it was delivered to which they confirmed was their address. It must have been stolen so we offered to resend their order at no cost to them and a loss to us to make them happy yet they STILL left this review. We always go above and beyond to make our customers happy even in situations like this but please understand, reviews like this can DESTROY a small business. I understand losing your order can be frustrating and you should always be honest, but PLEASE think about that before you leave a review for a small business like ours.
