Called Visa. They were a bit dodgy, tried to get me to email. Asked to  talk to a supervisor. Supervisor confirmed they're collecting feedback  and that this is one of the main issues they're hearing about today.  Couldn't confirm if there was any upward movement toward Visa HQ
