As He told everyone in speeches from 2021—2024, he was going to rescue the Homeless from streets.

He said in two parts:

It’s not fair to Americans to not be able to walk down clean streets and sidewalks due to the filth and fear of crime.

And

It’s unfortunate how many are Veterans and others who cannot connect the dots of life and living, whether blatant or misfortune.
