Yes, Rikidozan far bigger in Korea and Japan than Hogan in the U.S., but Hogan bigger in more countries.  
Ditto Inoki, except Inoki's fame in Korea is more based on Rikidozan, but he's very big culturally in Pakistan, and other places, but not as worldwide.  Santo is gigantic in Spanish culture, bigger in it than Hogan is in English culture and you'd be surprised at how vast Spanish culture is.  But Hogan bigger in more places  for sure.
