@FreedomSoldier_ @AMCbiggums @CEOAdam I think AMC can survive no matter the outcome. Not authorizing shares most likely will hurt the company's valuation and adds risk. Also, if AMC goes to Chapter XX they will come back, but in both situations I see the shareholders being hurt the most.

Dilution is a boogieman.
