Not exactly...all capitalism isn't the same. There is no free market, it's been captured by oligarchs, bankers and lawyers to use government fiat as financial chains of financial slavery. They then use the courts as a moat to defend and protect it.

The best form of capitalism is separation of money and state to take the root mechanism of abuse, fiat money they can print without limit, away.
