Actually a lot people use that type of logic to label people with insulting comments on lots of issues.
Disagree with an Obama policy: you are racist
Disagree with a policy of Hillary Clinton: you are misogynist
Say women should play sports against women: you hate trans
Agree with a Trump economic policy: you love pedos and rapists
I posted information about the Trump/Carroll case and gave my opinion that there were doubts about the case: many claimed I support rapists 
Do not want to continue funding Ukraine/Russia war: you love Putin
If you want Hamas to release hostages and surrender: you hate Muslims 
If you want Israel to be more careful with Palestinian civilians in Gaza: you hate Israel
etc,etc,etc,etc,etc
