@Bill_Fowler_ Since the only transmission of someone else's funds would be the BTC mined on behalf of the users who signed the TOS, underwent the KYC and AML checks, and as part of AML Bitdeer would monitor tranx, why would it fear prosecution? 

I'm missing the parade of horribles here.
