Jofra Archer, born in Barbados in 1995, is a fast bowler who began his career with the Caribbean U19 team before moving to England in 2015 and qualifying to play for England by 2019. He was pivotal in England’s 2019 ICC World Cup win, bowling the decisive Super Over in the final. Despite injury setbacks, including stress fractures, he returned strongly in 2023 with impressive performances. In the IPL, he debuted in 2018 with Rajasthan Royals, was MVP in 2020, played for Mumbai Indians in 2023, and returned to Royals in 2025, continuing to be a key pacer known for resilience and impact in international and franchise cricket.
