@_LunaRocket @ntroJL @Mortadelo13131 @JurisProtocol @luna_lover69 @frag_dude @traderrocko @k_raucks @rexx007x @froggirlpho Ideally, L1 would be proactive about what they want (i.e. we wouldn't be waiting for a team to tell us they want to upgrade the chain).

Personally been focusing on dapp layer because that actually has been reliably making money. I have some ideas for L1, but I'm a bit cynical.
