More documents and with each document  more conspiracy theorists cropping up, hoping to snag in their fellow conspiracists to raise a ruckus and scream that 163214 is Innocent. 

That is not what these documents say. 

It has always been fully disclosed that this was a party house. 

Party house means the kids partied. Some may have used substances that were not legal. Friends could have also left substances in their house. This is no epiphany.

Please, YouTube and social media CT folks, don't drag the victim families and witnesses into your lair with your ill-informed nonsense.   The survivors and the victim families have suffered enough.
