Let’s talk about the upcoming improvement in Yapper leaderboards from @KaitoAI. There is currently an issue with bots and AI spammers appearing in leaderboard, sometimes even in high positions. This problem was brought to Kaito team's attention, and they promptly began working on a solution. They announced new mechanics and adjustments that are coming soon.

Updates to Yapper Leaderboards: A mechanic aimed at fair and honest distribution in leaderboard. A minimum trust level (reputation) will be introduced for all YLs users. This will be measured using the following metrics: Yaps / Smart Followers / CT mindshare (community attention). Goal is for the ranking to include only real and active accounts not bots, and not random passers-by. Quality and usefulness of your content (not just content for sake of content) will also play an important role.

How to advance? I’ll speak using @Aptos as an example, since it’s my favorite ecosystem where I create content. Mindshare: Let’s start with that. Our goal is recognition within the community so people see us, talk to us, and remember us. The best way to achieve this is by communicating and replying under posts from other influencers. It's important to emphasize that we specifically need influencers who are on Yapper Leaderboards. Go to Kaito and check out top XXX list (a personal tip from me: when I started, I looked for influencers with a small number of followers, it’s much more likely that they’ll engage with you). Then it’s simple: follow them and ACTIVELY reply to their posts. Your replies should be engaged and “alive” don’t use AI. Even if you don’t understand what the author is writing about, just say: “Friend, I didn’t understand what you meant here, can you explain it in more detail?”

Aside from improving your Mindshare, you’re also training your “content vision”: you start paying attention to what influencers are writing about, what news is currently relevant, how information is presented, how they write articles, how they reply, etc. This will help you later develop your own unique posting style and understand the trending topics in your ecosystem.
