You left out the most important thing that influences everything MSTR is doing.. Retail demand for its common stock. Right now you've got weeks of ATM FUD wearing retail down. What happens if the market doesn't move on unrealized EPS, and then the S&P says no. Retail feelings and sentiment will override any and all fundamentals.
