Rep. Thomas Massie has introduced HR 4388, a bill intended to repeal the PREP Act.

The PREP Act, enacted in 2005 under President George W. Bush, grants Big Pharma companies immunity from lawsuits during declared public health emergencies, such as the emergency declared during Covid, with only XX of over XXXXXX vaccine injury claims compensated by June 2025, highlighting a significant accountability gap.

Massie’s bill seeks to repeal this immunity, potentially exposing companies to billions in liability ✊
