Its just an ADVERTISEMENT to GET black people to move there. Thats not even remotely close to saying you CANT move here if youre white. They just WANT black people there. They wouldnt deny a white person but WHY would a white person even fucking want to move to a place thats advertising towards black people? What do you gain? 😂.
